The Collapse of Capitalism: 80% of Americans Near Poverty Line

 A shocking new survey has found that four out of five U.S. adults struggle with joblessness, near-poverty or reliance on welfare for at least parts of their lives.


"Survey data exclusive to The Associated Press points to an increasingly globalized U.S. economy, the widening gap between rich and poor, and the loss of good-paying manufacturing jobs as reasons for the trend."


It seems the Chinese model of State Capitalism is the only system that is holding its own in the world today. This, of course, makes sense. As Lenin put it, the commanding heights of the economy must be under state control. We in Ireland know only too well the chaos that results when the private sector are allowed to control vital industries and services.
