Al Gaddafi rejects partition based on sectarianism, and proposes a single secular state:

We surely know in Ireland that a two state solution, divided along sectarian lines, can never be the basis for peace.

 

Its a pity that "Muslim, Jew & Dissenter" hasn't really caught on, but more and more people seem to be coming around to the idea! Gaddafi, as usual, ahead of his time!
